Yael and Alex got married at The Surf Club in New Rochelle, New York.  When driving toward the Surf Club I was a bit unsure of the neighborhood surrounding this phenomenal venue.  I was beyond pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the Surf Club.  WOW!  Inside and Out! Just WOW!

Alex and Yael's wedding was an orthodox Jewish Ceremony filled with the old traditions of marrying within the Jewish religion.  I was touched in a lot of ways of the closeness that is created through friends and family coming together for a beautiful wedding.  

Yael was the most adorable bride ever!  She was so so excited to get married that she could not hide her joy. My Associate photographer, Jeff took wonderful images of Alex and all of the men at the beginning of the day.  The bride and groom were not allowed to see each other until after the smorgasbord where they saw each other for the first time.   Both Yael and Alex had amazing wedding images because of their love beaming through in the pictures.

I am from New York and have resided in NYC.  When Sheena and Dan wanted to photograph their engagement session at Yankee Stadium, of course I could not pass it up.  I could never get enough of the city and the unique qualities that it has to offer for photography.  Dan is a huge Yankee fan and therefore we decided to personalize their engagement session around his love of the Yankees.  The coolest part was that the "Old" Yankee Stadium was in a state of construction to become a youth field.  So we took full advantage of going to a spot that overlooked that construction to show off the history of Yankee Stadium.  One day when Sheena and Dan look back at these pictures - they will be a very big part of the fabulous history that is "Yankee Stadium".
