I love to recommend vendors that I have worked with that are fabulous. I have had the pleasure of working with Les Fleurs Floral Specialties. They are nothing but professional with the most gorgeous bouqet arrangements and floral table arrangements. The go-to girl their is Kerianne Couture and she has a great way of knowing what will work for your wedding day.
I also would love to give some floral tips to help make your wedding flower planning a bit easier. Some tidbits of information that I have seen are as follows:
Tip #1 Your flowers should complement your gown, color scheme, attendant's attire and the style of wedding you are planning. (ie, vintage, formal, elegant, etc.)
Tip #2 - Brides Boquet is usually priced at $75 - $500
Tip #3 - Maid of Honor Bouquet- The maid of honor can be larger and or different from the Bridesmaids bouquets in order to separate them from the bridesmaid's bouquets. prices at $25 - $150
Tip#4 - Bridesmaid's Bouquet - Try to add one single flower into each bridesmaid's bouquet that relates to that person. These bouquets are generally a bit smaller then the maid of honor and bride. This will personalize their bouquet for each personality. priced at $25 - $100.
I will post more later... Hope this helps all of the brides and grooms who visit my blog.

I love wedding details. I get so excited when I see all of the unique and original ideas that I get to photograph at every wedding. I love the excitement of walking into a new experience at every event and having the opportunity to show off these special details.
At this particular wedding I worked with Megan of Tangorra Wedding Planning out of Boston and Newburyport. I have worked with Megan in the past and always have a blast working with her. She is on top of every detail and doesn't miss a thing. She also has such a great personality and is very easy down to earth and wonderful with her clients. Here are just a few photos to show you a few of her details.
I would also like to share the other vendors used at this event. The venue was The Davensport Yacht Club in Massachusetts and had very pretty grounds for photography backdrop. The cake was exquisitely designed and delicious - the wedding cake was made by Cakes for Occasions
57 Maple Street, Danvers, MA 01923 - Check them out!
The florist used at this wedding fabulous and would be a great vendor to use for any bride and groom searching for a high end wedding florist. They are Beach Plum Too located in Newburyport, Ma on Water Street.

Yael and Alex Engagement Portrait Session - My Back Yard

These two sweet hearts are made for each other. They are into all of the same hobbies which is rare. They love to hike everywhere and for many miles. So we thought where better to do their engagement session than in my back yard. I guess I should explain that I have a mountain behind my house with trails through out the woods. Hence the hiking trails! Then we went into town and did some more cool images at an old broken down house. And of course we topped off our hot and eventful day with some ice cream at Central Square Ice Cream shoppe in the center of Hillsborough. We had a great session and I look forward to taking photographs at their wedding.
Yael and Alex are both frisbee players. They both play frisbee championship players and I thought It would be a great way to make their engagement session unique for the two of them.

Ok,so how funny is this. I could not help but post this today! This is my nephew Jake who is a character to begin with. I was taking all kinds of great shots of him and this happened. Thank god he didn't hit the camera!
Here are a few of the really cute images of Jake. I just can't resist him and his adorableness. (I know that is not a real word but it works for me).
