Angeline and Jonathan's Wedding Day:
Well first off to tell you a bit about these two people. The love connection between them is remarkable and very obvious. I especially loved the way both of there families got along so well during the wedding day. It felt like a wonderful close knit family. Angeline is just gorgeous and Jonathan dotes on her in such a sweet way that it warms your heart.
The wedding was at a quaint hotel in the White Mountains of NH - Jackson to be exact. The owner of the hotel is Fritz who is a sweetheart of a fellow. He runs a wonderful hotel with the a staff that is just so friendly and accommodating. This is the place to get married in NH for a country style wedding. Here are some images of the day:
(By the way - My Blog is acting up so please excuse the lines in a couple of the images-odd??)

A few months ago I posted a slide show of Lauren and Andrew's engagement session in Central Park - NYC. I knew at the end of that session that I would feel just like one of their family members and welcomed along with the rest of their guests. I couldn't get over what a beautiful bride and groom they made. They had a Rabi and a Priest for their ceremony and it was really a cool experience. I loved how they made the service unique and honored both families. Here are a few images from their wedding day.. Comments are always welcomed.

I have to let everyone know about The Wicked Peacock. The designer "Silvana" creates these gorgeous bridal head pieces that are extremely vintage and unique.
They can be used for the Alternative Bride or any bride that is looking for something just outside of the box and special for their day. The bride and bridesmaids can all use these for the wedding day. She also has designs for the working woman and everyday use.
Take a look at the images I shot of these models showing off the vintage feel this weekend. It was a fabulous day with really great people to work with. I have uploaded a few of the images from this fashion photo session but promise to deliver more in the next few days.
If anyone is interested in purchasing these beautiful head pieces please feel free to send me an email and I will be sure to hook you up!

Boston Massachusetts - Maya's Bat Mitzvah

Last weekend I was invited to work with a young lady and her family for her Bat Mitzvah. The Longwood Events company hired me to work at there venue in Brookline Massachusetts called Veronique. The Bat Mitzvah started early in the day at Maya's family home and was fabulous. She did a spectacular job in reading the Torah and working with her Rabi. She had a great turnout of family and friends present and had a delicious brunch to follow. Several hours later we all gathered for a party at Veronique. You can see the venue was beautiful and decorated with pink balloons, popcorn stand, ice cream cart and of course a chocolate fountain. Everything a 13 year old could dream of. They even had a gentleman personalizing hats for each guest in a graffiti design. This Bat Mitzvah was so special and Maya was a warm hearted sweet and smart girl. She had a smile from ear to ear and was so happy that it rubbed off on all of her guests. Congratulations Maya!

Calling All New Mommy's and Daddys' To Be - Baby Birth Delivery Photography New Website - New England Photographer
2:58 PM | Posted by
Laura Parent of Relive Photography
I am so thrilled to introduce to everyone my brand new website for Maternity straight through the Babies Birth Delivery Photography Session.
No worries I am still very much so a wedding photographer. But for those of who have been my wedding clients that are starting a family this is PERFECT for you and all of you other new mommy's and daddy's to be. What better way to honor the birth of your child by recording the most important details of this once in a lifetime event. Don't let just anyone take pictures during the birth. Due to excitement the greatest moments are usually missed. That is why you would want a professional photographer to be there and be ready for every little fleeting moment. Maternity, birth, first weigh in, first measurements, first bath and bonding with mommy and daddy. Scroll down to read more of how this works and visit my website www.lauraparentphotodesign.com.

What is included in the Baby Birth Photograph Experience?
Two Sessions are given for the entire process. First we will have a maternity Session of 1 -2 hours at your home or at a outside location at the 8 to 9 month period.
I will be on-call for your birth which we will have planned 3 to 4 weeks prior to your due date.
At the hospital with the permission of your doctors, I will do as much or as little during the birth process that you prefer. Remember that this moment is to catch the most intimate of details of THE BIRTH. I want to capture the first breath, first cry, first weight taken, first bath and most importantly your bonding time with your brand new baby and family.
This is a once in a life time moment which you want to have done correctly and in the best way possible. I will be there to document the highlights of the baby entering the world and then show that baby off in the most wonderful album, slide show and images that you could imagine. (see my Pricing Page for all options)
When is the ideal time to take my Maternity photos?
The closer to your due date the better. I've found that anything before 8 to 9 months does not quite capture the beauty of your belly as a later term shoot would.
When is the best time to photograph a newborn?
The sooner the better! Under two weeks old is ideal as they are not as easily disturbed while they sleep.
What can I do to prepare my child for the photo shoot?
I ask that your kids be well rested, fed and in good spirits. Please feel free to bring a favorite toy or music to help them relax. If your child is not feeling well I advise that you reschedule so that we can capture your child at their best. I also prefer that only the parents come to the shoot as to not have too many distractions; distractions can limit the success of the session.
Why do you ask that I set aside a 2 hour block on the day of the Shoot?
Taking natural un-posed pictures takes time. Children need time to connect with the photographer so they feel at ease during the shoot.
Can I pick the location?
Absolutely! As an "on location" photographer, I am more than happy to travel to the sight of your choice. (Areas outside of New Hampshire and Boston are subject to mileage rates)
How soon will I receive the prints I've ordered?
You can expect your prints within two weeks of your ordering on-line. Albums, coffee table books and canvases take 6-8 weeks.
Can I order Prints from you even after the proofing session?
Yes, All prints ordered are archived for minmum of one year. All unordered prints will be purged after 6 weeks.
When is payment due?
On the day of the session you will be asked to pay the remainder of the session fee. Payment must be made before the session begins. Images are all uploaded on-line for your proofing and ordering in the privacy of your home. Baby Shower Gift Certificate payments are due at due at time of purchase.
Upon booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a $100.00 non-refundable retainer fee to hold your session date. The retainer fee will be applied to your session fee.
Family and Children Session Fees:
Mon-Fri...$250.00
Sat-Sun...$350.00
This includes a photo session at any location within the Boston and New Hampshire area for up to 5 people. ($25 for each additional person.) The session fee covers time, travel, and digital processing. The session fee is non-refundable. You will be shown at least 20-30 images which will be uploaded on-line for your own personal preview. You can decide dictate who can and can not view your images when proofing.
